In accordance with its sustainable development policy, Bouygues Construction places social, societal and environmental issues at the heart of its strategy. These issues are translated into action, via the Actitudes approach, which has been deployed by the Group since 2007.

Playing a part in the daily life of the countries within our footprint is one of the seven major orientations of this approach. Already, the numerous initiatives developed by our subsidiaries all over the world, creating new relationships with the community, help integrate our companies more effectively into their economic and social fabric.

Given the growing success of these initiatives, which are both beneficial for society and a motivational force for our employees, we have decided to take a further step forward, with Terre Plurielle, Bouygues Construction’s newly established corporate foundation.

Designed to provide financial aid for projects sponsored by our employees in the fields of healthcare, education and social insertion, the foundation’s aim is to ensure the durability of our actions by giving them greater coherence and visibility.
